Onyina is the Akan word for the silk-cotton tree, the tallest tree in the West African forest: roots deep enough to anchor the ground around it, a canopy wide enough to shelter everything growing beneath it. We didn't pick the name lightly.

Onyina Group is a technology holding company. We build and back software for what we call the global majority, the billions of people the world's biggest tech companies treat as an afterthought. Most of the internet was built for the already-connected. We are building for everyone else, starting with the market we know best.

SabiDoc is our first company, and it is live. It connects patients across Ghana to verified doctors, because getting care shouldn't require already knowing the right person. "Sabi" means to know, to understand.

We build from the inside. Software for this region shouldn't be imported and adapted. It should be made by people who have lived the problem, not studied it from a deck. More will grow here. This is just the beginning.
